Privacy Policy (Summary)

This is an English summary for reference. The legally binding version is the Korean original, effective 26 September 2026. Read the Korean original →

The website does not currently offer membership sign-up or online inquiry forms. Appointments are made by phone or Naver Booking. The only information the website handles is the visit statistics below and the display of visitor reviews.

1. Information we process and why

We use the following web analytics tools to understand how the website is used and to improve it. The information is used only for statistics and not to identify individuals.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; no cookies) — aggregate statistics such as pages visited, referral source and page performance (no information that identifies individuals, such as IP addresses, is stored)
  • Google Analytics (GA4) (Google LLC, USA; uses cookies such as _ga) — pages visited, time on page, referral source, device and browser information, and whether call or booking buttons were clicked
  • Naver Analytics (NAVER Corp., Korea; uses cookies) — referral source such as Naver Search or Naver Place, pages visited, time on page
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA; uses cookies such as _clck, _clsk) — pages visited, referral source, click and scroll positions (heatmaps), on-screen usage flow (session recordings), call/booking button clicks, device and browser information, approximate region estimated from IP. Text typed into input fields is masked and not recorded.

Visitor reviews

We show some of the visitor reviews publicly posted on Naver Place on the website. We show the review text, part of the reviewer’s display name (only the first character, the rest masked) and the month and year of writing; profile photos and review photos are not used. Reviews are kept while shown and deleted within one month after being taken down. If you do not want your review shown, tell us by phone or by a reply on Naver Place, and we will take it down as soon as we confirm.

2. Retention period

Visit statistics are deleted automatically when the retention period set in each analytics tool ends. Google Analytics keeps individual event data for 2 months and data linked to user identifiers such as cookies for 14 months; if you visit again during the retention period, the period may be counted again from that visit. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days and aggregate data such as heatmaps for 13 months. Any data we download ourselves is kept only in an aggregate form that cannot identify individuals.

3. Overseas transfer

Through the use of the US-based tools listed above, visit statistics are sent to and processed on each company’s servers in the United States, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) at the time you access the website. Each company’s own privacy policy describes how it handles the information.

4. How to refuse collection

You can refuse the collection of visit statistics by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. For Google Analytics, you can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Refusing does not limit your use of the website.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact the privacy officer below and we will act without delay.
